Oops, we did it again !
CNN Money mentions in this article that CitiFinancial told its customers that personal information on 3.9 million consumer lending customers was lost by UPS while in transit to a credit bureau.
Apparently, in recent months, a number of institutions(banks, retailers etc) have reported that personal information has been compromised.
What can the aggrieved customers do ? Grin and bear it ? Or institute a class-action suit against these companies ?
